About Ronin Stays
My name is Josh “Ronin” LeGare.
I am a Real Estate Agent, Army veteran, Girl Dad, and Travel Enthusiast.
After 11 years as an infantry officer, including service with the 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vicenza, Italy and the 6th Ranger Training Battalion in Holt, Florida, I frequented Airbnbs across 40+ European countries. That experience fueled my passion to help vacationers explore the Emerald Coast without overpaying for hotels.

This is definitely a home away from home. There is absolutely everything in this house that you would have in your own home. The beds are very, very comfortable. The location is great, just minutes away from any and everything you could want and need to do in this part of Florida. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here next time we come down to Florida.
The house was great! The location is perfect. Close to everything you want to do but still peaceful and relaxing. The host is very proactive and try’s to do everything possible to make your stay great. Would definitely recommend. We had a great time!
The property was clean, quiet area, and not too far from the beach. The backyard was huge enough for the kid’s to play comfortably. The property had all the amenities needed to feel like our home away from home.

Ronins house was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful and well furnished with plenty of room for my family of 8! This house had every amenity we needed! The pool was a great place for all of us to hang out during the day, the ping pong table and dart board was great for hanging out in the evening. Everywhere was easily accessible from this place as well. I would highly recommend to anyone. Ronin was also an exceptional host who answered any questions we had promptly! Don’t hesitate to book this place, it was absolutely worth it!
