About Ronin Stays
My name is Josh “Ronin” LeGare.
I am a Real Estate Agent, Army veteran, Girl Dad, and Travel Enthusiast.
After 11 years as an infantry officer, including service with the 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vicenza, Italy and the 6th Ranger Training Battalion in Holt, Florida, I frequented Airbnbs across 40+ European countries. That experience fueled my passion to help vacationers explore the Emerald Coast without overpaying for hotels.

It was a perfect house for my family. Perfect location too.
It was so spacious and very nice! Had everything we needed, very cozy and homey feeling just truly amazing
The decor was very well done. The beds were very, very comfortable. There were televisions in each bedroom , so you could watch whatever shows that you wanted to watch. If you had questions or concerns, they were handled quickly.

Ronin was an excellent host. The host was exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive. The AC stopped working while we were there and Ronin had someone out to the house to fix it within a couple of hours. <br/>The backyard was a nice quiet space to sit and read. There were all of the amenities to make the house feel cozy and homey. Would highly recommend.
This is definitely a home away from home. There is absolutely everything in this house that you would have in your own home. The beds are very, very comfortable. The location is great, just minutes away from any and everything you could want and need to do in this part of Florida. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here next time we come down to Florida.
The house was great! The location is perfect. Close to everything you want to do but still peaceful and relaxing. The host is very proactive and try’s to do everything possible to make your stay great. Would definitely recommend. We had a great time!
The property was clean, quiet area, and not too far from the beach. The backyard was huge enough for the kid’s to play comfortably. The property had all the amenities needed to feel like our home away from home.
