Welcome to The Verb House — a spacious 2,052 sq ft single-level retreat perfect for families, groups, or remote workers looking to unwind and recharge. This bright and inviting home features a thoughtful split floor plan with three private bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Whip up meals in the wide open kitchen, then gather around the dining table for family dinners or game night. Need to get some work done? The Florida room doubles as an office space, offering peace and quiet when duty calls.
For fun and relaxation, enjoy a friendly match of ping pong, practice your putt on the mini-golf setup, or break a sweat in the garage gym with free weights. Outside, soak in the sunshine in the front or back yard, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, fire up the grill, and kick back on the outdoor seating. (Please note: the yard is not fully fenced.)

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:

The driveway has 2-lanes and the capacity for four average-sized sedans. No parking in the grass.
A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25.
For your safety, this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at:

There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property.
To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.
Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 8 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. Here’s a polished review version: We loved the house! The ping pong table was a big hit, and the home was very comfortable and welcoming. We spent a lot of time exploring the Destin area, which was a little bit of a drive, but that was expected. The nearby grocery stores and convenience stores made everything easy and convenient. The house was fantastic and a great place to come back to after a day of adventures. We would definitely stay again!
Great place to relax. Host has everything you and your family needs for an extended stay.
We enjoyed our family trip to Fort Walton and Ronins place was a huge part of it. There was plenty of things for the kids to do at the house, and it’s in close proximity to some beautiful beaches. 30 Mins from Navarre and Destin. The beaches in Ft Walton and Okaloosa as well. Would definitely stay again if we had the opportunity.
