We stayed for 2 months and were very pleased with the house. It was conveniently located to many restaurants and activities. You could get to almost anything you wanted to do within about 30 minutes. The house was clean with just a few minor problems. Was located in a nice neighborhood and the beaches are beautiful! Would highly recommend staying in this house.
Nice house, quiet neighborhood
Definitely will stay here again. It was the perfect location. even with the rainy time we had, there was a lot to do just inside the house alone.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood
Definitely will stay here again. It was the perfect location. even with the rainy time we had, there was a lot to do just inside the house alone.
We loved staying here! If we come back, I will definitely see if this house is available. We felt right at home and had all the cooking tools we could ever need. He even had toys for our littles who were staying with us.
Conveniently located. Responsive host.
Our whole family enjoyed it! There was something for everyone. The box of little kids toys was a life saver!
Me and my Bride greatly enjoyed our stay here! 10/10 would recommend!
Marvelous rental
We loved our stay on Verb street. 5 of us were in town for a beach volleyball tournament so we really only slept there but the beds were comfy and the house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was very easy to find and it was a convenient location with a 15 minute drive to okaloosa boardwalk.
Enjoyed the stay at the Verb house. The house is just as pictured on the site and was very clean, with many amenities. I would stay again on another visit.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Ronin Stays will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Ronin Stays will match it.
