Was a wonderful experience. Back yard was a great space for our dog to run. Was close and convenient to beaches, restaurants and stores. Communication was great ! Only suggestion would be to update the furniture

Perfect stay. The house was super clean and ready for us when we arrived. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.
Felt right at home, host was very responsive. Close proximity to restaurants and the beach. Just as described. Would book with host again.
Great place, plenty of room, and just what we were looking for. My son brought his two sweet dogs and they were right at home. House was great for the five of us and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Close to so much and Destin is a quick to reach as well. Great location and safe area.
This house was absolutely perfect. It is in a wonderful location and the host is very communicative & responsive.
Great location in quite neighborhood. Everything you need is close by and easy to get to. Loved the open floor plan and split bedrooms give the master bedroom privacy. Kitchen is huge with plenty of workspace. Best part is you are allowed to bring your dog with a reasonable pet fee and the large fenced in yard gives them room to run and play!! Already looking to book again for this year with Ronin Stays!!!
We had a great stay and wasn’t far from everything, lots to do and lots to see! Was a beautiful house also with lots of space!
The house is very cute and clean. It's nice to have a garage to park in! There were plenty of bath towels, shampoo & conditioners, dishes and kitchen appliances available. There are no spices, or cooking spray etc so you will need to purchase or bring those type of things. Beds are super comfy. It's super helpful to have the playpen and high chair available!Host was super friendly and communicative! Only thing I would change is having a TV in the master bedroom and maybe upgrading the couch and chair, maybe adding another couch for more seating in the living room. Chair power did not work and there are furniture covers on both the couch & chair hiding the leather peeling. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely use this location again in the future!<br/>Thank you Ronin. 🌴

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Ronin Stays will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Ronin Stays will match it.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to Ronin Stays's cancellation policy.
