It was a wonderful AirBNB, and we had a great stay by the host. The only downside was by Mother Nature since the bears got into the previous renters trash as it was waiting to be picked up. Overall, great experience and we would absolutely book again.

Pet friendly yard. Clean house. Had very comfortable beds and pillows which is huge!
Very good location, between Navarre beach and Fort Walton Beach. Clean but could use another trash can outside. It was half full the day we checked and had Thanksgiving to get through but we made it do ☺️. The pool table and ping-pong table were very nice to have! Overall, very happy with our stay.
Great location, close to everything- shops, food, beach, & pier!<br/>Easy to check in.<br/>Nice bedrooms for the kids with game consoles to enjoy, and loved the provided games! Beds very comfortable! Loved they had extra blankets. <br/>Kitchen had all the items we needed to fix a few meals and make hot chocolate! <br/>Loved the provided coffee and sugar to make coffee. <br/>Backyard was relaxing to sit outside and drink coffee! <br/>Garage has pool table and table tennis and the kids loved playing with and a punching bag. <br/>Would highly recommend staying at if visiting Navarre beach!

This is the second time we've stayed here with our dogs. The fenced yard is so nice to have. The location is great for stores and restaurants. We feel comfortable and relaxed while we're here. Thanks!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Ronin Stays will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Ronin Stays will match it.
