Our short stay was great and we loved that they had everything we needed for our kiddos and that it was well stocked with basic supplies! The location was close to everything and the neighborhood was great as well! Overall 10/10! If we were to vacation here in the Destin Area again, we definitely would consider staying here!

Home was as described. Very clear instructions. Keyless entry didnt work when we arrived but was immediately addressed when we contacted owner. Home was very neat and clean. Yard was perfect space for our dog and appreciated owners welcoming fur babies.

We had a problem the last night of stay.We could not get into place. They had to call locksmith.
It’s a place where “real people “ live. It felt stable and safe. Nothing fancy, just a comfortable house, good mattresses and a well stocked kitchen.
The owner was extremely professional and responsive. His expectations are clearly explained and he reminds you of when and what things need to be completed. He is very helpful and highly responsive to questions or concerns. We had an amazing time in this home and will definitely be back. The home is clean and beautifully equipped for families of all ages. In addition, the price was ideal! Can’t wait to return!

We were very happy with our stay here. Ronin’s listing and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Messages were responded to promptly. We appreciated them allowing dogs without an unreasonable fee. Our family would definitely stay here again.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood. Nice fenced yard. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. 20 min to beach in Navarre. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Air and heat worked well . Host is responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Ronin Stays will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Ronin Stays will match it.
