This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers comfort, charm, and everything you need for a relaxing Emerald Coast getaway. Whether you're planning a beach trip, family vacation, or just need a peaceful place to unwind, this home is the perfect fit. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace and an open layout that flows into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen—complete with pots, pans, utensils, and more for easy meal prep. All three bedrooms are located down one hallway, offering a cohesive and connected layout. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second, and a trundle bed with two twins in the third—perfect for families or small groups. Step outside into the fully fenced backyard, where you'll find a screened-in patio and a fire pit—ideal for evening hangouts and s’mores under the stars. Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your furry companions along for the fun. Please note: The garage will not be accessible to guests. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site. Getting Around Mary Esther & the Emerald Coast Getting around Mary Esther is most convenient with a car, as public transportation is limited. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are available, but may be slower during peak beach hours. Biking is also a great option for local trips, with many bike-friendly roads and scenic routes nearby. For the most flexibility—especially if you plan to explore Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, or Destin—a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended. The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance. We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is: - $85 for up to 2 pets The driveway has the parking capacity for 2 vehicles, potentially 4 smaller vehicles. No parking in the grass. Park on the road at your own risk! For your safety, this property has 1 exterior security camera located at: - At the Front Door There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property. Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 7 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear.
