Such a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautifully updated, very clean, and had plenty of space for everyone. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The location was ideal, and the neighborhood felt peaceful, private, and safe. Highly recommend!

Very nice home, clean and well maintained. Nice kitchen, had to buy some pans and things but I cook most of our meals and there were 4 or 5 of us for meals so I needed more pans but other than that it was great.
Had a great time. From the area and visiting on leave from active duty, and couldn’t been happier to spend it there.
The place was super clean when we arrived. We appreciated that our dog was welcome (with pet fee). Beds and furniture were comfortable. Slept well and felt like home for a short time. Lots to do down the road in either direction. Dog park was a 3 minute drive. Great place! Thanks for having us.

My sister and I had a great time visiiting with my aunt to celebrate her 99th birthday. Three bedrooms to accommodate the three us quite comfortably. Great kitchen facilities. Lots of room to spread out. Really great dining table!!<br/>We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia House.
Spent the week here with family for Thanksgiving. Big kitchen, big table. Plenty of seating in the family room.
Easy to find <br/> Peaceful, clean, plenty of room. Easy to follow instructions check in and out.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Ronin Stays will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Ronin Stays will match it.
