It is a newly renovated 1,740 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with more than enough amenities for everyone to enjoy. Best of all, it's only 2 miles from Downtown and 3 miles from the beach! This family-friendly Airbnb can accommodate infants, adults, and your furry friends. Enjoy water sports out in the gulf, a pontoon on Crab Island, and more. We look forward to hosting you!

This gorgeously furnished home is classy and modern featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms has more to offer than meets the eye. The living room has been opened up for you to enjoy an expansive kitchen, dining and living room design. The entire kitchen has been redesigned with classic grey shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar! The main hallway is where all three bedrooms are located. You'll feel right at home here!

Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.

Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding attractions. Biking is also an option for shorter trips, and many roads in the area are bike-friendly. If you're planning to explore beyond the city or travel on your own schedule, a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:

  • $85 for up to 2 pets

To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.

A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25.

The driveway is a one-lane driveway capable of fitting three average-sized cars. Parking is available on the street as well at your own risk.

There is one exterior camera located on the property at the front door.

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 8 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This place has great potential but there were a few disappointments. Inside was nice but wasn't as clean as we expected it to be. There were unswept floors with dirt and dust throughout the house. We spent much time cleaning. There were no beach equipment, l/kitchen lacked in cooking towels/pots variety and the coffee pot leaked constantly. Tub kept over flowing whenever we used the shower in the hall bathroom. I think Ronin should do a physical cleaning check prior to renting next time.

Great central location and the inside looks exactly like the pictures!! Had an issue with the HVAC, but Ronin was super responsive and had it taken care of within hours of messaging him. Had everything we needed within the house to cook, and only had to pay for groceries which was super nice. Overall beautiful place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
