This 1,783 square foot, single-story home features a well-designed floor plan with the primary bedroom situated on one side of the house and two guest bedrooms with a full bathroom on the opposite side as you enter. The kitchen and dining areas offer an open-concept layout that’s ideal for gathering, entertaining, and enjoying meals together. The home is thoughtfully arranged to provide both shared living space and private sleeping areas for a comfortable stay. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site. Getting Around Navarre & the Emerald Coast Getting around Navarre is most convenient with a car, as public transportation is limited. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are available, but may be slower during peak beach hours. Biking is also a great option for local trips, with many bike-friendly roads and scenic routes nearby. For the most flexibility—especially if you plan to explore Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, or Destin—a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended. Nearby Attractions - Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center (2.5 miles / 6 minutes) – An educational and interactive experience focused on marine conservation and sea turtles. - Navarre Beach & Fishing Pier (2.6 miles / 7 minutes) – Known for its pristine white sand and relaxed vibe, Navarre Beach offers family-friendly fun, water sports, and stunning scenery. - Navarre Beach Marine Park (2.4 miles / 5 min) – Large public beach and marine recreation area popular for beachgoers, nature lovers, snorkelers, divers, and families. - Gulf Breeze Zoo (8.3 miles / 14 minutes) – a 50-acre wildlife park home to 1,000+ animals, offering walk-through exhibits, a safari train ride, and up-close animal encounters for all ages. The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance. No pets allowed. To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly. Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours. If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance. Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 6 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear.
