Wonderful home! Safe location lot of entertainment for the kids and the home smelled amazing! Host was very responsive and kind!!
Loved our stay. You can really tell the attention to little details around the home. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of coffee. The King Bed was very comfortable. Our larger dogs were safe to play outside and run freely with a 6ft privacy fully fenced yard. Plenty of room for them to run zoomies. We would stay again for sure.
We stayed nine days with 5 people and our family pet. We followed all rules and paid all fees regarding pets. We received a message stating we left pet hair (excessive) in all rooms. We cleaned/Dusted daily mind you and again stayed NINE DAYS. The only vacuum was an electric broom. We were left one trash bag for nine days. There were several things regarding cleanliness that I could have complained about especially after paying 2200$ dollars. I was told I needed to pay an additional 205$ for excessive cleaning which in my mind shouldn’t you be deep cleaning after a nine day stay during flu season and allowing pets. The photos sent of pet hair was not my pets hair or the waste in the backyard. I tried to explain and was told as long as I pay the money I would still get a five star review. Not happy at all and won’t return.
We travel for work and usually have to book at the last minute. Josh was very responsive and easy to get a hold of to answer any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and close to everything, the beach only 10 minutes away. We travelled with four adults and a dog and everyone was happy and entertained here. It was too cold to use the pool but we still did get to enjoy the relaxing and private backyard space. We found the kitchen to be more equipped than most other rentals-everything has been thought of and included here. The beds were comfortable and the home was spotless. We always try to take the opportunity to stay somewhere unique or with a theme that also feels homey and comfortable. This checked all the boxes for us.
The house was immaculate! It felt like home and it has everything you need for an extended stay. The host is super responsive and helpful but the location is perfect. close to the beach and any stores you might need
Everything was nice
The host went out of his way to accommodate our needs. This trip was for personal business with two small children. The host gave us an earlier check in time than we requested to make sure our grandbabies weren’t sitting in car seats longer than they should. Upon arriving, the access code worked, home smelled nice, home was clean, plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked of appliances ranging from an air fryer to a crockpot. Folgers coffee and creamer for days. He even left us extra trash bags, a vacuum to use, laundry pods and dishwasher pods. The kids had such a great time with what the home offered from the room throughout the home to the games, toys and the pool. No kid or adults will be bored staying at this house. We truly felt at home and had no issues. The Army decor throughout the home was impressive. I am a Navy veteran with two sons in the military with one who is also Airborne so this home was extra special to us. Do yourself a favor and book this place.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Ronin Stays will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Ronin Stays will match it.
