Place was as described. Fenced backyard was nice with a dog. We would stay again of in the area again.
Very beautiful home and excellent hosts. Whenever I’m in town again I look forward to staying with them again.
Loved being near my family in crestview. Loved having a pet friendly fenced in yard. The house itself is very modern and quaintly decorated. I am going to invest in the same ceiling fans they are fabulous! I appreciated the security lights/flood lights outside. The ease of check in and check out was awesome. The only thing I would suggest to host is that cleaning in between guests should be supervised/double checked. Out of hosts control but I would also advise others about possible theft of deliveries so pick up immediately (Amazon, door dash ect…) and neighbors utilize the garbage bins outside so there is very limited space for your garbage.

The house itself was great, clean, and had all the things needed. Only downside is the neighborhood was not the nicest. It was pitch black at night. Also when we first pulled up the children outside said some interesting things to us. If they could pick the house up and move it to another location that would be perfect. Other than that it was a good stay we did end up leaving a night early. Also be aware it does say one car and possible parking on the street you cannot park on the street. So bring two small cars or only one.

Overall my family and I had a good experience. The rental was just as described. Some of the surrounding homes were questionable, but as for Ronin’s place it checked all the boxes. Thanks for a lovely experience.
Everything was wonderful. We traveled for our dog to have surgery nearby. It was nice that the fence was wooden and he couldn’t see out so he didn’t get startled by anyone. The house was very comfortable and equipped with just about anything you’d need. It was nice to do a load of laundry while there as well.
We had a wonderful stay with Ronin Stays! They were extremely proactive throughout our visit and provided clear, helpful instructions for check-in and check-out. Their recommendations were spot-on—we especially enjoyed the dolphin cruise on the Hannah Marie. The location in Fort Walton Beach was perfect: close enough to Destin to enjoy all the fun, but without the crazy Destin traffic. We truly enjoyed our time and would absolutely stay with Ronin Stays again!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Ronin Stays will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Ronin Stays will match it.
