Great stay, as advised and would certainly stay again
Amazing home
This is probably the best AirB&B we've ever stayed at. I've already recommended it to two friends and we will definitely be back soon for a long weekend. Everything was laid out so well and the kitchen has eveything you need. I can't even list everything they had available for the kids. It truly was the best experience we've had. Also special note on how easy check out was. Put the towels in the laundry and start the dishwasher. They didn't have a 20 step check out process that we had to start at 5am. We were up and out of there in about an hour, including packing everything up and getting the house put back together the way we found it. Love it.

Amazing home

This home is fantastic! Plenty of space of the entire family! All the extra in the home where amazing for downtime from the beach and being out all day !
this house is beatlutiful, very spacious and private. one of the nicest in the area especially for the price. I will stay here again next time im in the area
We loved staying at the Sea Queen. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to rest and relax in while on vacation! Lots of activities for the kids and plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The pool area was amazing! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the large main room to hangout in together. Having the beach, restaurants and surrounding areas within driving distance was an absolute plus! The host was great and quick to respond when we had questions (even when we got in late after a long drive).
Our family enjoyed the stay. The layout of the home was perfect and the pool was super fun. The labels on all the light switches and kitchen was super convenient.

Great for a family to stay. Kids had a lot to keep them busy. Adults have space to relax. <br/>The house was clean and well stocked with little extras . Would love to stay again.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Ronin Stays will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Ronin Stays will match it.
